Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your fishing purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Process

Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Send the product back with your order number and authorization number.

Once the returned product has been inspected and found to be eligible for return, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong product.

If the product is defective or damaged, we will pay for the return shipping.
